1. Introduction

This is the Warranty Policy of  TRANSDUCE B.V. (Van Tuyll van Serooskerkenweg 160-4, Amsterdam, The Netherlands) (hereinafter: “TRANSDUCE”, “we” or “us”). The proper handling of the warranty coming with our products is very important to us.

2. Your right

Subject to the conditions set forth in the applicable law, you have the following rights with the acquisition of The Transducer.

TRANSDUCE., as defined above, warrants TRANSDUCE-branded hardware product The Transducer against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser (“Warranty Period”) in our online store www.transduce.eu or certified selling points.


If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option, TRANSDUCE. will either:

  • (1) repair the hardware defect at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or
  • (2) exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, or
  • (3) refund the purchase price of the product. TRANSDUCE. may request that you replace defective parts with new or refurbished user-installable parts that TRANSDUCE. provides in fulfillment of its warranty obligation.

TRANSDUCE. does not cover any defects occurring out of non-normal use of the Transducer. Normal use meaning as described in our user manual & on our website.

3. Changes to the policy

This Warranty Policy may be revised when updates in international/local regulations occur. If a fundamental change to the nature of the policy, or if the

change is in any other manner relevant to you, we will ensure that information is provided to you via our website.
