The Assignment
Zuiver is a dynamic and people-driven organization where collaboration, innovation and creativity go hand in hand. The assignment was to translate this unique spirit into a fragrance that could be gifted to their business partners and clients: a scent that could feel fresh and energizing, while also warm and welcoming. It needed to create a professional yet personal atmosphere in central spaces such as the reception, hall, and canteen, supporting Zuiver’s identity as both forward-thinking and human.
Our Approach
Together with Zuiver, we embarked on a creative journey to design a bespoke fragrance that would capture the company’s values. The result was the Zuiver Signature Scent - a composition balancing freshness and authenticity with comforting undertones. To extend this unique experience beyond their own spaces, the fragrance was also translated into custom reed diffusers, gifted to clients and employees during Christmas time as a way to carry the Zuiver spirit into their daily lives.

The Result
1. Positive reactions from both visitors and employees, describing the fragrance as fresh, authentic and distinctive
2. Extended brand touchpoint: the scent was translated into reed diffusers as a relationship gift, strengthening client connections
3. Scent integrated into the hall, central space, and canteen, enhancing the guest welcome experience as well as for the team
