How do you create a signature scent for a restaurant without overpowering the dining experience?
JONDANI wanted a fragrance that would reflect its identity: elegant, welcoming and refined. The scent needed to enhance the atmosphere from the moment guests arrived, while remaining subtle enough to complement the restaurant’s sophisticated interior and culinary experience.
Located in the heart of Amsterdam’s Beethovenstraat, JONDANI blends timeless Parisian charm with contemporary luxury. The fragrance adds an invisible layer of warmth and anticipation, creating a memorable first impression and becoming a distinctive part of the guest journey.
Our Approach
Rather than starting with scent trends or traditional hospitality fragrances, we began with the story behind JONDANI itself. Inspired by the background and ambitions of its two owners, we explored what makes the restaurant unique.
Drawing from their world, combined with the sophisticated flair of Amsterdam’s Beethovenstraat and the timeless elegance they envisioned for JONDANI, we translated these elements into a scent direction that felt authentic to the brand.
The result is a fragrance that reflects both the personal character of the owners and the understated luxury of the restaurant, becoming an invisible extension of the JONDANI experience.
